1. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Templates)
All sales are final once purchased.
No refunds will be issued for unused or unopened products.
Technical issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
2. DIY & Professionally Guided Online Products
Non-refundable once access is granted.
Unused products after 30 days remain non-refundable.
Store credit may be offered at our sole discretion within 30 days.
3. Consulting & Strategy Calls
Must be paid in full at booking.
Cancellations 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
No refunds for missed or unused appointments.
4. Exceptions
Refunds/credits only for:
Duplicate purchases
Double charges
Proven inability to access the product despite our assistance
